Brewed to celebrate the sesquicentenary of the Newtown suburb of Sydney, Young Henry have created an Aussie pale ale to be proud of with Newtowner. Three varieties of local hops combine for a fruity beer that's light on the palate with a subtle bitter edge.

This is our new super clean, super crisp, super refreshing, Super Cool lager. Behind the exterior, the old yoghurt factory stood empty for over 20 years before Philter moved in. This clean Aussie Pale Ale is complex yet easy-drinking, rich yet perfectly balanced. Special hops deliver a fresh, clean and crisp ale with zesty aromas of citrus and grapefruit balanced with smooth malt richness.

Long before there were beer geeks, there were zythophiles. Related to the Greek verb zeo, meaning "to boil', a zythophile is a lover of all things beer. The Zytho Brewing team added hops by the truckload to create a full-flavoured India Pale Ale that will leave a lasting impression. Piney, tropical aromatics and balanced bitterness are underpinned by a firm malt backbone, making this the perfect beer for kicking back and savouring every sip.

Jed is a supremely easy drinking ale/lager hybrid weighing in at a respectable 3.5% ABV. A healthy addition of Vic Secret and Azacca hops provide an array of bright fruity aromas and a restrained bitterness for optimum drinkability, whilst a Carapils driven malt profile evens the playing field to combine for the ultimate low-alcohol Australian Mid. Paris well with sweet potato wedges & sweet chilli sauce.

All natural, crispy little ginger beer with refreshingly less sugar and a super quenching finish.

With delicate refreshment in mind, this new world pilsner with 100% real watermelon added to the fermenter, gives a subtle, yet delightful layer of fruit amongst a clean lager finish.
