The most recent addition to the Wandering Distillery gin line up Odyssey is a great representation of our journey so far. Conceived in Victoria, refined in Western Australia and launched amid the Covid pandemic its definitely taken an interesting path to get to this point. Featuring a beautiful balance of 9 botanicals including finger lime, lemon myrtle, hemp and rosemary Odyssey is a versatile gin that can be savoured neat or with your favourite tonic selection.

Every good journey deserves a moment of introspection or Naval Gazing and so it is that our Navy Strength Gin earnt its name. Its hard to believe that 57.6% abv can drink so well neat and is equally at home in cocktails, or with any tonic for a great G&T.

Oriental Gin by Vino Cellars is infused with 8 of the finest botanical ingredients. You will find juniper, coriander, cinnamon and star anise base notes, followed by refreshing notes of cleansing lemongrass and creamy chrysanthemum flowers. Overarching all is hints of jujube red dates and finished nicely with citrus mandarin high notes. This gin is handcrafted to take you on a journey full of flavour and enjoyment.

The flavours in Adelaide Gin are floral in nature, built up using a traditional range of spices including cardamom, juniper, orris, coriander, and nutmeg, as well as the beautiful richness of Kangaroo Island lavender.Adelaide Gin is a sophisticated dry gin, perfect when served neat. Those who prefer to mix their gin should serve it with something that compliments the floral nature, such as a light tonic with a sliver of orange. As an alternative, Elderflower makes a lovely pairing. It also partners well with other flavoursto create magical gin-based cocktails.
