Copperwave distilled Gin follows the classic London Dry style. Made from certified organic spirit, and complex combination of botanicals and extracts, cardamon, coriander, juniper berries and nutmeg, together with virgin rainwater from the Hunter Valley, Australia.

1875 carries flavours of a fresh forest floor with earthy and sweet aromas of native quandong berries. The Wild Bull is a traditional style Australian gin that was created to go perfectly in a G&T, appealing to everyday Aussies. The flavours in this gin are well balanced and amazing on the palate with juniper, coriander, angelica root, cardamom, cinnamon, orris root, and cubeb, finishing with a hint of vanilla. The Wild Bull is unashamedly unfiltered which leaves a lot of the essential oils within the product adding to the mouth feel. .

Hand-crafted using a combination of locally sourced Riverina citrus, and traditional botanicals, our Dry Gin Murrumbidgee is inspired by the Riverina, New South Wales, the food bowl of Australia. This is the first Gin to be released in Griffith, New South Wales it is wonderfully balanced and juniper-forward, with heavy notes of citrus. A slight hint of the dryness to the palate initially, followed by refreshing citrus presence of New South Wales kelp among our list of botanicals.

The original. Our Sydney Dry Gin is unlike any other. We steep 10 botanicals in Australian wheat spirit, which is then distilled in our little German copper still. You'll notice a classic juniper backbone complimented by fresh green apple, native strawberry gum leaf, and chamomile. It is an easy drinking gin - delicate, fresh, and floral. Billy Goats, our Queensland Gin is a small batch, handcrafted using a unique selection of Old and New World Botanicals. We have combined Australian Wheat spirit with gently soaked Juniper, the freshness of Ruby Red Grapefruit, Lemon Myrtle and Native Australian Finger Limes for a vibrant citrus burst. We were looking for a very approachable Gin that had enough citrus for a refreshing burst, but also with enough subtle botanicals to give complexity and depth. Enjoy straight up, with tonic, with soda, or in a cocktail.

Imbue distillerys inaugural gin - a smooth wheat-based spirit starring locally abundant, foraged botanicals from Melbournes fringe suburbs. Suburban is boldly spicy, with the unmistakable pine aroma of juniper and the nutty warmth of coriander. Sunflower seed oils carry the grassy fennel and ginger heat through a burst of lemon to a crisp finish. Garnish with cucumber in a g&t to enhance the prickly pears unique melon notes.

Australia first smoked gin Bushfire is a smokey, unique gin based on an original London dry gin recipe but with the original ingredients substituted for our own Australian native botanicals. The individual botanicals have been smoked with Iron Bark to uncover a rich, smokey palate with sweet hints of maple.
