A melding of tangy lemon and cashew nut flavours fill the palate, with crisp acidity giving a refreshing finish. Richness without high alcohol. Our Verdelho is made using organic grapes from the Central Ranges region of New South Wales. We start the process with a cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks to help retain those wonderful tropical fruit aromas of pineapple and passionfruit. This wine is all about the freshness and enjoying on a warm summers day.
