A selection of several vineyard blocks within our estate vineyard are used to produce this wine. Each parcel of grapes are individually fermented with twice daily pump-overs, before being basket-pressed to a combination of new and seasoned American oad barrels for maturation.

Rohan Family R99 Barossa Valley Old Vine Shiraz

Single vineyard Shiraz from Marananga, Barossa Valleys Western ridge. Hand-picked, open fermented and basket pressed to mature in seasoned French and American oak for 18 months. A true reflection of the vintage in a medium to full bodied style of Barossa Shiraz with traditional oak balanced with palate juciness. Dark, rich and vibrant in colour, with notes of red and black forest fruits, chocolate and mocha coffee. Finishing with warm, soft chocolate, touch of oak spice and perfectly chalky tannins. A wine that will cellar extremely well.

Zontes Footstep Baron Von Nemesis Barossa Valley Shiraz

Everything you’d expect from an inky rich Barossa Shiraz, intensely rich and luscious. Zonte’s describe it as cool, intelligent, dark, broody and mischievous. Festive spice cuts through a jammy sweetness from sugar plums and sweet blackberry. Fine tannins and dark chocolate lead you towards a lengthy finish.

Kilikanoon Testament Barossa Valley Shiraz

A regional soulmate to Kilikanoon's Clare Valley Covenant Shiraz and McLaren Vale Parable Shiraz, the Testament reflects the unique, terroir driven expression of the Barossa Valley, both its opulence and regional distinctiveness. The palate is mouthfilling and luxurious with tones of deep blackberry, cherry, vanilla and spice aboud well-integrated oak.

Saltram Mamre Brook Shiraz

Smooth and refined this Shiraz shows intense plum berry and liquorice flavours. Enhanced by maturation in quality oak this is a wine to enjoy now or cellar medium term.

Yalumba Paradox Shiraz

Yalumba Paradox Shiraz is an inky, crimson wine full of aromas of mixed spice and crushed black pepper, violets, fennel and hints of blueberries. The palate is like layers of velvet, with great structure showing lush red berries, olives and anise.

Grant Burge Balthasar Shiraz

A complex, savoury nose of spice and white pepper. Rich plummy fruit with a touch of vanilla and cedary oak characters. This Grant Burge Balthasar Shiraz is drinking beautifully now or for careful medium term cellaring.

Greenock Creek Alices Shiraz

A big brooding Barossa wine with endless layers of fruit and oak. The tannins are very well integrated and will continue to develop in years to come. A great example of a true Barossa Shiraz.

Head The Blonde Shiraz

Fresh blackberry and boysenberry, spice, liquorice, tar and dried herbs. Medium bodied, juicy bramble fruits, crisp boysenberry acidity, salted beef, firm but fine grained drying tannin, and a long fresh meaty herb infused finish.
