The DUNE Maspalomas is a blend of Grenache Noir and Grenache Blanc. Yes that’s correct folks, red and white grapes together. These are hand-picked and co-fermented on skins. It’s like making a red wine but using red and white grapes. It is rosé? No, it's not a rosé, as rosé would typically be fermented as juice only rather than on the skins. So it’s more akin to a very light red wine, a beautiful floral rose nose, mid weight with lovely chalky tannins. Drink it chilled, not super cold but in the fridge for an hour before serving is best.

d'Arenberg The Noble Bortyotinia Fuckeliana Sauvignon Blanc

The 2024 vintage of d'Arenberg's The Noble Bortyotinia Fuckeliana Sauvignon Blanc from McLaren Vale is a stunning representation of South Australian winemaking. The wine is a beautiful pale yellow in colour, with delicate aromas of passionfruit, green apple, and freshly cut grass. On the palate, the wine bursts with flavours of ripe tropical fruits, balanced by a crisp acidity and subtle minerality. This Sauvignon Blanc is made from the rare Fuckeliana grape, which adds a unique depth and complexity to the wine. It is then aged in French oak barrels, adding a creamy texture and subtle hints of vanilla. Pirramimma Petit Verdot

Organic Chardonnay

Certified Organic grapes were handpicked in the cool early morning and crushed, chilled, and pressed on arrival at the winery. The juice was then transferred into French oak barrels for fermentation. Once fermentation was completed the barrels were stirred weekly, suspending the yeast lees giving the wine extra texture and suppleness. After 6 months in barrel the wine was racked off lees and given a light filter prior to bottling. Light straw in colour with green hues and aromas of bright guava,

Beresford pride themselves on passionately capturing the pure varietal expression and the essence of their terrior to deliver a Shiraz of timeless elegance and muscular complexity. Quintessentially McLaren Vale, the wine has a rich, full palate brimming with dark berry fruits, coffee and spice characteristics finishing with soft, lengthy tannins. Mr Riggs Piebald Syrah

This wine, a Piebald, meaning black and white, is a co-fermentation of the blackest Syrah grapes, with a hatful of the purest white Viognier. Deep in colour, the wine is almost black, yet is also vibrant and bright. The nose is perfumed with apricots, spice and liquorice; a pretty, fragrant wine with a sweet juice and velvety palate. The finish is elegant with savoury spice and a fine tannin length and persistence.

Coriole's Redstone is an elegant, savoury and spicy expression of McLaren Vale. Ready to enjoy now the palate is balanced and soft with cassis and blackberry flavours, nice tannins and subtle oak complexity.
