Sitting high in the Adelaide Hills, Sidewood hand craft single vineyard wines of the utmost complexity. Their Chardonnay is made up of four French Chardonnay clones from the Ashwood vineyard and shows a crisp front palate with lifted layers of aromatic fruit. Each clone provides a unique flavour profile to the end result and delivers a wine displaying complex pear, peach & fig fruit flavours with some lovely nutmeg and sage spice notes.

Pizzini Arneis is grown and made in the foothills of the King Valley. This delicate grape ripens slowly in the protective Autumn mists and shows a bouquet of quince and almond and the palate displays wonderfully elegant fruit flavours.

Continuing under the stewardship of Usher Tinker, the Pooles Rock wines go from strength to strength. Koshu, Japanese indigenous Vitis Vinifera cultivation variety, is said to be a unique grape varietal in Asia. The character of Koshu is slight but pleasant bitterness originated from its pink grey skin. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tank. This wine goes well with sushi and cuisines using dashi. Brilliant pale yellow with green tone. White flower aroma with oranges such as navel orange. Smooth touch and rich fruit across the palate. From middle aroma to finish, subtle bitterness brings its distinctiveness.

A sister wine to the riotously popular Lulu rosé. The wine is inspired by the ideals of relaxation, of holidays and fun. It's packed with floral and fruity aromas from the rapidly trending vermentino grape. Bright lemon in the glass, the palate is dry and refreshing and displays floral notes, fresh peach, citrus and green apple. The wine is rounded, with an ample acidity on the lingering finish. A slightly different take on Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc with a lower than normal alcohol content which produces a very light and refreshing style that will allow it to be enjoyed by all for that little bit longer.
