Bright Spring sunshine in appearance. Mediterranean in style, with hints of lime, pear, and crushed stones on the nose. Medium bodied, with punchy pink grapefruit zest, slightly salty, minerals with a snappy texture. Enjoy with an abundance of picnic food.
