Picked from selected premium vineyards for optimum quality, this wine is deep purple in colour with aromas of dark cherry & raspberry. Subtle hints of spice & white pepper lead to an intensely flavoured, well rounded yet relatively soft mouth feel of dark fruits, blackberries & oak influenced raspberries. Taylors Discoveries Shiraz is a deep red with a vibrant purple hues, showcasing lifted fruit aromas of red currant, plum and a touch of spice. Subtle chocolate flavours and savoury characters from the oak maturation add complexity which balance perfectly the rich plum and spice on the palate. Soft and fleshy, with a silky smooth finish. Short term cellaring will reward, however able to be enjoyed immediately.

Taylors Jaraman Chardonnay has lifted, complex aromas of subtle white peach and nectarine along with secondary aromas of cream and cashew nuts from lees stirring and oak maturation. The Clare Valley component delivers mid-palate weight and richness with fleshy stone fruit flavours of yellow nectarine and white peach, while the Adelaide Hills component delivers elegance and length with restrained citrus flavours to the mid-palate.
