A typically full flavoured Clare Valley Shiraz from the crew at Annie's Lane; exhibiting ripe, plummy fruit characters with a touch of spice and some regional minty notes.

Produced by the iconic winemaker Neil Pike in acknowledgement of Neil's legendary father, Edgar Pike this elegant wine full of delicious blackcurrant, mint, and cedar flavours. Its fine grained tannins and balanced oak characters lend to the excellent lingering finish. Ideal match to marinated lamb or a gourmet beef burger.

Taylors Jaraman Chardonnay has lifted, complex aromas of subtle white peach and nectarine along with secondary aromas of cream and cashew nuts from lees stirring and oak maturation. The Clare Valley component delivers mid-palate weight and richness with fleshy stone fruit flavours of yellow nectarine and white peach, while the Adelaide Hills component delivers elegance and length with restrained citrus flavours to the mid-palate.

Annie's Lane Riesling shows attractive varietal aromas of citrus and floral notes. The palate is crisp and focused, the flavours of lemon butter and honey framed by lingering acidity. Consistently one of the best value Riesling's available.

Ripe and generous, the leafy, minty characters of Cabernet are complemented by the softness and plummy fruit coming from the Merlot. A nice touch of sweet oak completes the picture.

Intense, textured and showing pure fruit flavours, Jester Shiraz is considered Mitolo's baby G.A.M Shiraz using the same barrels in which the G.A.M was previously aged in. The palate is full of bright, red berry flavours, a subtle herbal character and an overall savoury quality to the finish. A medium bodied cool-climate Adelaide Hills Shiraz that dispalys all of the charcteristics of a classic French Rhone red. Hand picked, small batch fermentation from our close planted Shiraz block (4,444 vine per hecatre - as suggested by Brian Crosser) block has produced a wine with lots of spice, sweet bberries and a hint of cedar.

Restrained red fruit with a background of menthol, leather and tobacco on the nose leads to a big mouthful of cherries, vanilla and plums with good intensity. A nicely balanced wine, drinking very well.
