This Italian sparkling wine demonstrates a bright yellow color, with some greenish hints; the nose is pleasant and fruity with good intensity. It shows fresh fruit on the palate with a harmonious balance.

Straw in colour with subtle green hues and a delicate nose displaying apple and pear characters. While this wine retains the freshness and vibrancy that Prosecco is known for, the fruit for this NV release was picked later to provide a softer, rounder palate full of crisp citrus notes. Pristine Pinot Gris fruit is sourced and blended for this wine from two vineyards, one in King Valley and the other from the cool sub region of Whitlands High Plateau. On the nose Nashi pear and citrus, over Johnny red apple and subtle spice jump out of the glass.
