The Bowler's Run Semillon Sauvingon Blanc is a refreshing blend that puts on full displays flavours of zesty lemon and gooseberry flavours with a clean, crisp finish. Pale straw colour, the aroma is floral notes of ripe, delicious apples, pears, and spice. A rich medium-bodied fruit driven style with citrus blossom and musk characters palate. The Pinot Grigio fruit was sourced from cool climate Victoria, a perfect part of Australia for growing this variety. The wine, being an aromatic varietal, was released as one of the first whites to be seen from the vintage.

Light and lively without being shallow, lemon blossom and pear flavours follow from the nose. The wine is fresh, restrained and evenly textured. Just a feather dusting of oak, and a lingering citrus finish.

South Australia's landscape has been eroded by time to reveal layer upon layer of copper-toned strata lines. Copper Strata wines are equally shaped by the earth and the seasons over time. This Riesling displays juicy lime and floral notes. Lifted citrus characters with chalky acidity provide a good length of crisp and fresh flavours.

Birchwood Wine Cylinder. A Chardonnay from a cool climate vineyard on the Campaspe River, bordering the renowned Bendigo and Heathcote wine regions. This vibrant wine displays a fusion of stone fruit flavours with crisp overtones. It’s bright acidity is harmoniously supported by sophisticated French oak integration.

This remains one of Australia's esteemed Rieslings, a testament to the consistently excellent wines from the Mt Barker region in Western Australia. After aging in the cellar, the Howard Park Riesling has developed beautifully. While still showcasing its signature pristine aromas, the crisp green apple notes have softened and melded with richer citrus tones, and the citrus flowers have evolved into a more complex bouquet with subtle hints of honey and minerality. The palate retains its delicate yet intensely flavored character, now displaying a greater depth and complexity.
