Margan Albarino is naturally high in acid and has ripe fruit flavours at lower levels of ripeness.This combination produces a fruit driven wine with great acid finish that needs no oak or residual sugar. The variety has a natural saltiness to it that makes it a fantastic food match.

The grapesfor this wine were picked from our 40 year old vines grown in the volcanic soilof the ancient Fordwich Sill. These low yielding mature vines produce ripe, concentrated fruitwhich results in a wine with excellent regional and varietal characters.

From the Hunter Valley region NSW this wine has the distinctive fresh tropical fruit flavours of the Verdelho grape. With flavours of ripe melon and fig it is a wine worthy of any long afternoon lounging around. Tulloch Verdelho is an exciting aromatic white that was harvested at night to retain the fresh natural acidity found in the quality fruit. The wine itself has honeydew melon notes with a real citrus blossom lift. The long, engaging palate has a real zest to it with a fine acid backbone treating the drinker with a long, crisp finish.

De Iuiis Hunter Valley Semillon has lifted tropical fruits and citrus characters that dominate the aroma, while excellent natural acidity adds balance and length of flavour.

Subtle aromas of vanillin oak and melon, with a hint of green pear. Oak and fruit are well balanced. A rich fruit palate combines with a creamy texture from the French Oak treatment. The aftertaste is clean, with lingering peach flavours. Drinks well now, but will continue to improve with 3-4 years further cellaring.
