Sidewood Pinot Gris is sourced from selected rows from their 300 acre estate in the Adelaide Hills. This cool climate, estate grown wine shows a fresh nose and palate of crisp apples, nashi pear and citrus. With a smooth, almost silk like texture, this excellent Gris has brilliant natural acidity and a length and character that will allow the wine to age wonderfully.

Petaluma use their impressive vineyard holding in the Adelaide Hills to produce a Chardonnay that shows poise and precision. Sourced from vineyards in Lenswood and Balhannah and then fermented in a combination of one and two year old French oak as well as stainless steel. Lees sturring helps add complexity and texture while the cool-climate fruit adds minerality and freshness.

This crisp Pinot Gris shows fresh nashi pear flavours with hints of jasmine, a delicate textural palate and zesty finish.

This Wild Ferment Pinot Noir is both delicate in nature and also generous in flavour with fresh cherry and rhubarb characters supported by smooth and silky tannins.

Take It To The Grave Pinot Noir is blood red in colour with a lifted and varietal nose of wild strawberries, ripe plums and cherries. The palate is rich and expressive with supple cherry and red berried fruit, a beautifully lush mouth-feel matched by fine tannins and soft acidity that provide structure and length.

While gewürztraminer is naturally high in sugar, the prevailing new world style produces highly aromatic and complex wines with natural fruitiness kept in check with alcohol and acidity. Only the very best fruit was selected and left to ferment in older French barriques, the resulting wine has a classic cool-climate backbone with racy acidity and depth of flavour on the palate.
