The sauvignon blanc grapes are picked at optimum ripeness and cool-vinified at Domaine Paul Mas, near Pezenas in the Languedoc. Typically, this vibrant and juicy wine is pale coloured with intense grapefruit, lime, herb garden, camomile aromas, lovely fresh grapefruit, tropical fruit, lemon curd flavours, fine lacy textures and superb cutting acidity. The silk screened flower bottle neatly captures and sells the floral aromatics and prettiness of the wine. This is very much a warmer climate style with plenty of expression, freshness and flavour.
