For nearly a decade, Shaun and Liz have been producing award winning wines for a number of the Hunter Valley’s most successful brands. The 2013 vintage marked the first of Silkman Wines, since then they have received numerous awards, most notably in the 2016 James Halliday Wine Companion where they were awarded 5 Stars as well as being named among the 10 Best New Wineries in Australia.Their Chardonnay is long and elegant with notes of citrus and creamy mouthfeel delivering a wine with great persistence and body.

A multi-national blend of Hunter Valley and Marlborough, it is a classically expressive blend combining the tropical high notes of Sauvignon Blanc with the wonderful length and definition of Semillon. A vibrant and lively well balanced palate with a long and crisp finish.

David Hook has over 25 years experience with Tyrrell's and Lake's Folly, and in that time established his family vineyard in the Lower Hunter Valley. The Pinot Grigio is a warm climate interpretation, full of rich, sweet fruit and spice with acidity in support.

The Audrey Wilkinson Chardonnay shows layered peach, melon and citrus fruit flavours on the palate, both plush and textured, waves of exotic fruit are framed by a fine line of acid.

Pale straw in colour with bright green hues. An intense aroma of limes and lemongrass, with hints of talc and a subtle blossom character. A fresh palate of sherbet, intense lime juice and hints of lemongrass. A delicate but powerful wine with a long line of acidity.12% Alcohol

In the glass: Pale lemon. On the nose: Struck match, grapefruit, peach and green apple. On the palate: Powerful yet pure with complexity and balance showing citrus, stonefurit and nutty complexity, a creamy mouth-feel and bright, lively acidity. Delicate yet powerful - lovely!

Made in the classic Hunter Valley style, Hungerford Hill Semillon offers aromas of herbal, citrus and lemon. Wonderful line of acid and complexity running through the entire length of this wine.
