Sourced from vineyards surrounding Canberra, the Clonakilla O'Riada Shiraz has been lovingly embraced as little brother to the iconic Shiraz Viognier. Also co-fermented with a touch of Viognier, the O'Riada shows a more fruit forward presence, yet still with that unmistakable Tim Kirk elegance and purity that is a theme throughout all of his wines.

Altera Terra Corda Pinot Noir Shiraz, Murrumbateman Corda: Winemaker Doug Neals passion for Burgundy and reverence for traditional Australian styling is etched in his Corda cuvée, meaning hearts. It draws on the legacy of the great Maurice OShea and his parade of Australian Burgundy, blending 70% Pinot Noir with 30% Shiraz. It is translucent of hue, red fruited, savoury of personality, diaphanous of texture and succulent from attack to its persistent glide, long across the palate. This Shiraz wine by Collector lively crimson colour is accompanied by a fragrant bouquet of dark cherry, blackberry, pepper and aniseed, with a savoury, textured mouth feel.

Occupying some of the more elevated land in the Canberra District, Quarry Hill produces a Shiraz with ripe flavours and excellent natural acids; the hallmarks of great cool-climate Shiraz. Aged in a mix of new and older French oak, the wine is bright purple in the glass, follwed by aromas of raspberry, plum, spice and a little pepper. Through the palate, there are flavours of mulberry and plum, fine tannins and a crisp, dry finish.
