Winemaker's Selection Vat 1 Semillon only ever comes from the oldest and best blocks. The vines are all dry grown on their own roots, and date back to 1923.

The art is in simplicity here. Our Single Vineyard Chardonnay block is grown on well-drained sandy loam soils located in the heart of Hunter Valley wine country, NSW. It is a south facing slope. The crop yields are relatively low, producing excellent concentration of fruit flavour.
