Innocent Bystander produces a stylish Chardonnay that shows stonefruit melon and vanillin oak on the nose. The palate has lovely creamy mouthfeel and flavours of butterscotch and citrus with minerally acidity on the finish.

Bright pale yellow, there is nothing Innocent about this Pinot Gris! An extremely well made wine with distinct pear and freshly cut green apple slice on the nose followed by similar varietal characters on the palate. It is satisfyingly crisp with great acidity structure to be one of the great summer enjoyment.

Their Little Yering Chardonnay provides all the complex aromas and flavours you expect from the artisans from the Melba Highway, but with a price tag that more than friendly. Sourced from a single vineyard site in the Strathbogie Ranges, ideally suited to growing aromatic and balanced Pinot Gris. The cool nights here allow the fruit to reach optimum ripeness whilst retaining an elegant balance between flavour, alcohol and acidity. This wine by Pacha Mama underwent lees stirring while in barrel, resulting in a buttery richness and complexity that sets the pinot gris style apart from the tighter, more acidic Pinot Grigio. Rich and inviting nose with white musk, fresh quince and honeysuckle. A generous and textural palate, with flavours of crýme brulee, lemon zest and musk, balanced by refreshing acidity and a satisfying, clean finish.
