De Bortoli Deen Vat Series No 5 Botrytis Semillon

This sensational sticky comes from the New South Wales Riverina region where local wineries consider Botrytis Semillon to be one of their gifts to the wine world.  In the glass: Full gold. On the nose: Luscious aromas of apricot, crème brulee and honeysuckle with a strong botrytis lift. On the palate: Classically aromatic and intense with a lusciously rich core of butterscotch, marmalade and honey beautifully balanced by very long mouth-watering acidity.
