On the palate: Classically aromatic and intense with a lusciously rich core of butterscotch, marmalade and honey beautifully balanced by very long mouth-watering acidity.

Di Giorgio Lucindale Botrytis Semillon
Winner of a Trophy at the 2011 Melbourne Wine Show, this Limestone Coast sticky comes from the legendary Di Giorgio family whose Lucindale vineyard is 25 years old. Deep lemon gold in appearance, it has a subtle yet complex nose with lifted apricot, peach, butterscotch and marmalade aromas. The very rich palate has masses of pure orange, peach and nectarine backed by classy vanillin oak. Unctuous and complex with complex leesy notes, developing honey, grilled nuts and long flavour persistence.
Berton Vineyard Reserve Botrytis Semillon
This mouth-filling Botrytis Semillon was crafted from grapes grown on rich soil that were fed by Snowy Mountains water and ripened perfectly during warm days and cool nights. In the glass: Medium gold. On the nose: Apricot, honey, ginger and lemongrass. On the palate: Mouth-filling depth of flavour thanks to intense yellow fruits, honey and ginger. The texture is luscious and velvety with lovely acid balance.

Pfeiffer Late Harvest Muscadelle
Muscadelle is one of the grapes that goes into Frances famous Sauternes and Barsac wines and it does beautifully in Rutherglen too. In the glass: Medium lemon green. On the nose: Light honeydew melon and lemon curd lift. On the palate: Sweet compote of nectarine and peach with a smooth, soft texture and mouth-watering acidity.
