Vasse Felix produces fine Margaret River reds with great balance and style. This traditional blend of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon shows sweet mid-palate fruit with liquorice and spice and good tannin structure. Fantastic French oak integration enabling soft tannin complexity and a lovely length of flavour.

This Margaret River is ripe, complex and concentrated showing classic Margaret River Cabernet characters of cassis, mulberry and bay leaf. There is balanced cedar oak along with cocoa powder, damp earth and gravel dust. The palate is full and structured with fine grain tannins. There is cassis, cocoa, bay leaf, damp earth and cedar oak. The wine has a firm, long finish with enough concentration and structure to provide medium to long term ageing. Match with traditional roast lamb with rosemary. A family owned and run winery situated in the Northern Margaret River wine region. Kevin & Jenny McKay established the winery in 2001, twenty years on and the aim is still the same. Forester Estate is absolutely committed to the approach of fruit sourcing with considerable resources applied to small batch winemaking in an effort to discover the ‘gems’ that lie among the hills and valleys of Northern Margaret River. A deep crimson red which opens with the classical Margaret River nose...fresh varietal notes of bright berried fruits, briar and sea spray, followed by wafts of chocolate and mocha with subtle spiced oak aromas. A medium to full bodied palate shows cassis and Satsuma plum characteristics, leading into the sweet mid-palate depth of chocolate and mocha, finishing with defined talents. The wine is elegant and shows great length of flavour and well-structured palate line. 'Pure and fragrant, expect a nose layered with cassis, blackcurrant, leaf and dusty spice rack spices, while in your mouth it's pure, beautifully structured, fine and dry. A relative newcomer to Margaret River, Flametree have already hit several home runs. This wine is another hit, with a fresh mix of citrus and stonefruits, zingy acidity and clean finish.

One of the most anticipated white wine releases each year, the Leeuwin Sauvignon Blanc may be small in quantities but is big on ripe tropical flavours and tangy acidity.

Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are sourced from several select vineyard sites located in the Wilyabrup sub region and north to Wildwood Rd in an endeavour to capture ripe fruit flavours, supple tannins and the distinctive perfume of Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon. A deep and inviting black cherry colour with floral notes of violets and fruity, doughy aromas of just baked blackberry muffins. The palate is soft, inviting, and full of free range forest fruits, vanilla, cocoa and loads of supple, fine tannin. Such a pleasure to drink now but with ample ripe tannin structure to allow for aging up to 5 years.

Quality Margaret River Cabernet at an affordable price! Ringbolt Cabernet Sauvignon has rich fruit with overtones of mulberries, chocolate and a hint of violets. It is well balanced with subtle oak, some cedary, herbal notes and fine tannins on the finish.
