Inspired by long summer days in the garden (and perhaps a little too much swearing at the lawn mower), this beer has seen the aftermath of many a battle. First brewed in 50L batches over 10 years ago, and yes, much like our Band-Aid skills, it’s seen a few little tweaks and improvements over the course of time. A decade on and many batches later, it is still our most popular beer! Brewed using Simcoe, Citra & Mosaic hops, our After Battle Pale Ale has always been a tasty combination of citrus and tropical flavours, all whilst keeping the malt profile on the lighter side to let those hops shine through at a rather modest 5.2% ABV

Say Aloha to this fresh and fruity tropical beast: Wild Yak Pacific Ale. Melba and Galaxy hops provide an enticing sweet tropical fruit aroma complemented by citrus notes. A combination of pale malt and wheat malt provide a smooth, light palate rounding out the low bitterness

Mountain Goat Organic Steam Ale is a crisp, certified organic ale. Incorporating wheat malt in the grist make up and fermented cool, with the use of Hallertau and Citra hops along with a light dose of Galaxy flowers at the end.

OBrien Pale Ale is a 100% gluten free light golden ale with abundant citrus and tropical fruit flavours with a light sweetness. OBrien Pale Ale was Australias first commercially produced gluten free beer and is made from gluten free millet and sorghum malts. It is a full bodied American style pale ale, and has been awarded multiple medals at the Australian International Beer Awards.

The Moon Dog beer comes with added cold press tropical fruit juice and hop blend. As a result, there's plenty of grapefruit and peach fruit character and enough weight and resinous bite.

Farm To Table Chardonnay is pale straw with light green reflections, this chardonnay bursts with aroma of stone fruit and rock melon. Medium-bodied, this wine fills your palate with peach and melon flavours a hint of oak and has a generously flavoured, soft finish.

Modus Operandi Pale Ale is dry hopped with some of the biggest hops from the Yakima Valley. This choice selection brings out a lively layer of aromatics, with hints of pine and citrus which follow onto the palate. A crisp, dry finish caps it off.

This is a session beer made with love for all of us. Philter XPA will meet you with tropical fruit aromas, delivering a distinctly refreshing hop flavour and leaving a balanced finish. Naturally cloudy and easy drinking, she's a beaut.
