This beer is small batch brewed using quality local ingredients. With its easy drinking characters, balanced with a crisp bitterness, Island Beer has a compelling flavour that is perfect for every occasion. Naturally fermented in the can, a secondary fermentation creates the lovely pale colour with a soft pillowy head.

Wilde Gluten Free presents as a golden Pale Ale. Careful selection of hop variety gives the beer a citrus and pine character in the aroma with floral hints which rounds out the beer, with a bitter but clean, flavoursome finish. A slight tartness from the malt balances nicely with the bitterness, giving a lift that leaves you wanting more. The beer has been crafted with no added sugar, colour, nor preservatives. This is our take on the American Red Ale style. This little brew has been hopped with Tasmanian Ella Hops giving her a subtle yet moreish apricot & pine nose. A complex grain bill of 7 different malts have created a biscuity, earthy ale with an apricot/passionfruit hopped taste, with a nice undertone of bitterness. It's easy to fall for and impossible to have only one. Note; We originally used fresh hops from 2017's harvest in this brew. Picked less than 24hrs before we brewed with them, these little green buds of bitterness brought a fresh bite to the ale that had to be tasted to believed. It's fair to say we loved it so much we just had to keep making it, and it turns out, she is now one of our most popular brews.

Brewed using a combination of Australian Pale and Crystal malts with generous servings of Tasmanian Galaxy and American Amarillo hops. It's a rich bronze coloured brew with a big, nutty malt taste. Combined with the sharp hop bite of the Galaxy and the classic Amarillo citrus burst towards the end, its no wonder we've been crafting this beer for 10yrs now. Match it with sharp blue cheeses, aged cheddar and cured meats.

XXXX Bitter has a clean crisp taste, with a satisfying after bitterness. Bottom fermented at low temperatures to produce a full flavoured beer.

A German Pilsener brewed using pilsener malt which produces subtle aromas and flavours of bread or crackers. The German hops provide the element of bitterness and floral flavours. That, combined with the high carbonation makes this beer a drink for all occasions.

This English Brown ale, is a style made with chocolate & dark crystal malted barley used in its brewing. This results in luscious toffee & chocolate nut aromas with a soft lingering mouth feel.

Straw in colour, this beer has a bready malt flavour, lifted passionfruit hop aromatics with a fresh and lively finish but with minimal bitterness.

The Hix Pale Ale is an American style pale ale, rich malt complexity is balanced using a blend of New World hops which lend aromas of stone fruits, citrus and lychee. Golden orange in colour with a soft sweetness earns this beer a cult following.
