Lerida Estate Lake George Pinot Noir is 100% sourced from the estate vineyad at Lake George. Maturated in French oak for just under a year, this armoatic and perfumed Pinot shows cherry, red current, allspice, vanilla and gamey aromas. Once in the mouth, the wine displays luscious red fruits with a balanced savoury backbone with fine, integrated tannin.

Leonay is one of Australia's classic Rieslings. A wine of great power and elegance with tremendous varietal defintion it can be enjoyed in it's youth but invariably improves in the bottle for many years.

Since the early 90's, Penfolds have been producing Chardonnay from the cool climate region of Tumbarumba. The Chardonnay is elegant with white florals, stone fruits and a great acidity structure. Maturation in French Oak gives the Bin 311 a subtle nutty savoury flavour through and through. A great all season wine for all sorts of occasions.

How can something that is so light in alcohol have such incredible palate weight and texture? It's an art form and Ernst Loosen is a master. The Kabinett style means a decent lick of residual sugar, but the steely, crunchy acid means you'll hardly notice it. Simply stunning.

Whenever we taste a blind Shiraz line up where this wine is featured, it's hard not to be lured into its enticing character of purity and style. Hauntingly akin to a Northern Rhone example, violets, spice, wild herb and earth wrap around a delicious core of red fruits and plum. Bravo Nick O'Leary. 'Canberra's benign 201213 growing season produced, in abundance, grape quality not seen in the much cooler, wetter 2011 and 2012 vintages. They gave it a gold medal, then three trophies: best one-year-old red of the show (Stoddart trophy), best shiraz of the show and best red of the show. This is a significant achievement for Canberra shiraz and not just for O'Leary. It provides yet more recognition, in a hotly contested national event, of our region's distinctive style. O'Leary's highly perfumed, medium-bodied wine shows the vibrant red berry- and-spice character of cool-grown shiraz on a luscious, silky palate, cut with fi ne tannins. This classic Riesling has crisp and racy finish with a slight touch of sweetness to balance the natural acidity.

The lively palate shows lime, lemon and spice with hints of crushed apple. Mouth watering laser like acidity will ensure this wine will live for many years. A single vineyard wine sourced from the Westering vineyard opposite Lake George. The grapes were hand harvested at 11.3 Baume and whole bunch pressed. Juice was cool fermented in stainless steel and the wine held on light lees until bottling in July 2018. Situated in the picturesque Hall Valley, in the Murrumbidgee River corridor, just outside the ACT, the Nick O'Leary estate incorporates a modern winemaking facility and a mature five hectare vineyard. Since their beginnings, well over a decade ago, their focus has always been to make hand worked Shiraz and Riesling wines that truly exhibit the character of the region as well as expressing Nick's unique personality and style. Josef Chromy is the ultimate example of the fact that its never too late to fulfil your dreams, having launched his wine label at the age of 76. Hes had great success since, as youll discover with this Riesling. In the glass: Bright pale lemon. On the nose: Tightly wound and delicate. On the palate: Pristine, dry and crisp with a lemon and lime fruit core. Really refined and precise, it has a wonderful quinine-like texture and very tight acidity that will ensure success in the cellar.
