Chimay Premiere Amber Ale

The red-cap was the first beer to be brewed by the Trappist monks. It is noted for its coppery colour which makes it particularly attractive. Topped with a creamy head, it gives off a light, fruity apricot aroma produced by the fermentation. The taste perceived in the mouth is a balance confirming the fruity nuances noticed in the fragrance. Its taste, which imparts a silky sensation to the tongue, is made refreshing by a light touch of bitterness.

With vineyards located in the picturesque Central Ranges in New South Wales, it's obvious to see where Rolling get its inspiration from. Estate grown and crafted, this Sauvignon Blanc Semillon exudes a passionfruit dominated aroma which is mirrored on the palate. Zesty notes come to the fore via Semillon which also helps give this crisp dry white its long, flavoursome finish.

A clever creation from Germany harnessing typical wheat characteristics whilst delivering a crystal clear finish. A fruity and spicy nose, with complimentary citrus and clove fragrances. The fresh spring water and hops sourced from the world famous Bavarian Hallertau region produce a smooth and light bodied in the mouth, leaving a refined, champagne like finish.

Rosemount Blends Traminer Riesling

Pale straw with green hues. Aromatic pear and citrus on the nose, with the same fruit characters and a touch of lychee coming through on the palate. The finish is balanced with soft acidity.

Erdinger Weissbrau Weißbier

Brewed and bottled in Germany since 1886, Erdinger has a brewing heritage of over 125 years. This is a hazy pale yellow brew, rich with yeasty, spiced bright citrus with a long mellow finish. Serve Chilled.
