HINE ANTIQUE XO Grande Champagne Cognac, a blend of forty-six eaux-de-vie produced exclusively from grande champagne grapes.

Domfrontais Calvadoss differ from those of the PaysdAuge by being made from at least 30% pears, as well as the traditional apples. This makes not only for a lighter-coloured spirit, but also one thats more feminine and elegant. This 1992 vintage Cavados has aromas of cocoa, pear, tea and jasmine. The finish has hints of brown sugar with notes of vanilla and salt and has great persistence.
