Crafted from the premium Limestone Coast and Langhourne Creek vineyards, known for their exceptional fruit. COLOUR – Dark and Intense Red AROMA – Classic berry fruits, supported by plum and blackcurrant notes and toasty oak PALATE – Know as ‘the perfect pair’ Shiraz and Cabernet both complement each other to make this a complete wine. Delightful spice with cassis, mocha and licquorice the wine is full bodied with a bold but round finish.

Deep and dense in the glass, with flashes of vibrant scarlet at the rim. Aromas of blackberry and cherry come through seamlessly, layered with complexity. The palate is fragrant and balanced, showing violets, redcurrant and darker black fruits, touched by herbs and a hint of chocolate. Traditionally assertive Coonawarra tannins are evident at first, before giving way to a mid palate filled with ripe cassis, olive tapenade and complex briary hints. Fine, dusty tannins give excellent line and length, and are layered with sweet and toasty characters reminiscent of crýme brýlýe. Our unique Double Barrel technique of finishing in aged Irish whiskey barrels has integrated the myriad of flavours and brought extra richness to the palate.
