Fruit for this wine was hand-selected from our single-site Yarra Valley vineyard. Notes of white peach, guava and rockmelon with the palate showing soft hints of lime and nashi pear.

A medium bodied Chardonnay that is also vibrant and rich in flavour. Sweeter tropical flavours of pineapple, papaya and nectarine are present. A good depth and even finish.

Sourced from the original Dixons Creek Estate vineyard, this Chardonnay speaks of place and shines a light on one of the Yarra Valleys most prized grape varieties. Fresh, zesty citrus and melon jump from the glass supported by notes of almond meal and sublte French oak spice. The palate shows incredible clarity of fruit framed up by the considered use of new French oak. Barrell fermentation and lees stirring adds a level of richness and compexity delivering an wine that speaks of place. Flametree are nestled in the picturesque Margaret River wine region where they continue to be surrounded by a buzz and excitement centred on the quality wine they are producing. Attention to detail is paramount in the winery where careful site, clonal and oak selections are made to produce exceptional Chardonnay's like this one. Characters of dried pears, grapefruit, melon and fig are balanced with searing acidity and a length of flavour that speaks to its promising future.

Allandale from the Hunter Valley produce a lovely Chardonnay that has a great full body to it with nuances of peach and apricot and nice level of complexity due to the new American and French oak employed.

Sourced from a single vineyard site in the Strathbogie Ranges, ideally suited to growing aromatic and balanced Pinot Gris. The cool nights here allow the fruit to reach optimum ripeness whilst retaining an elegant balance between flavour, alcohol and acidity. This wine by Pacha Mama underwent lees stirring while in barrel, resulting in a buttery richness and complexity that sets the pinot gris style apart from the tighter, more acidic Pinot Grigio. Rich and inviting nose with white musk, fresh quince and honeysuckle. A generous and textural palate, with flavours of crýme brulee, lemon zest and musk, balanced by refreshing acidity and a satisfying, clean finish.

Printhie Chardonnay is a great example of what Orange has to offer beautiful aromas of citrus and stone fruit with a well balnced palate of fine acidity and subtle French oak.
