Côtes des Roses celebrates the Mediterranean lifestyle. Only the noble chardonnay grape is used, with a light pressing resulting in the best quality juice undergoing fermentation. The stylish bottle with its distinctive rose base contains a delicate wine with light colour and golden hues. A complex nose of mango, orange blossom, citrus and dried fruits is instantly attractive. From Stellenbosch, South Africa, the home of an artisanal distillery called Autograph Gin. The spirit produced is an African Dry Gin recipe, a blend of unique botanicals that give the gin incredible personality and character. Almost all of the botanicals are grown on-site under the watchful eye of the Head distiller. “We want to stay true to our ethos, producing gin recipes based on only natural botanicals and underlying base spirits. We don’t use any synthetic products or food colourants in our gin, nor do we use freeze-dried botanicals and source all of our botanicals (apart from imported Juniper berries and Angelica Root) from our own garden nurseries.
Blue Rock Wines Barossa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
2015 ’Pantelis’ Cabernet Sauvignon The Pantelis Cabernet Sauvignon is our signature wine and bears the name of the family patriarch. Pantelis Zachopoulos (1927-1998) immigrated to Australia from Greece in 1966 with his wife Olga and four children. His diverse agricultural knowledge was passed onto his children Michael, Nicholas and myself [Zissis]. In 1998 a few months before his passing we purchased and began establishing our vineyard in the Barossa Ranges. I decided to make this wine in his honor as a token of our appreciation for everything he has taught us. The wine has dark rich fruits, plum and blackcurrant with a touch of typical Cabernet herbaceousness on the nose. The palate is long and full with lovely dark chocolate, Mocca and cassis favours.
Paul Mas Rosé
The masterful hands of Jean Claude Mas present Mediterranean rosé magic with a delightfully expressive wine in a highly decorative bottle. The wine is from Pays d'Oc and the grapes used were Grenache, Caladoc and Cinsault, harvested at night to maintain supreme freshness. The exacting winemaking was aimed at preserving maximum purity and concentration of flavour of the fruit. Color: Cherry pink. Nose: Aromas of cherry, white flowers and a surprising grenadine flavour. Palate: Rich and well-structured in the mouth with a real fruity character and a long finish.
Destileria Sacrificio Anejo
This spirit is made with two different agave species and is aged for a year in mid-toasted french Oak barrels. The result is a spirit with body, a reddish amber color and magnificent personality. It can be enjoyed in shots.
