Like all the Teeling Whiskeys, it's bottled at 46% with no chill filtration, allowing for all the natural flavours of the Whiskey to be retained. Made through the combination of unique ingredients, predominately maize/corn, and the modern technique of column distillation producing an exceptionally clean smooth and sweet Irish whiskey.

Teeling Whiskey Company and Galway Bay Brewery, one of Ireland's most celebrated craft breweries, have been collaborating for years, on what has now become the cult classic "200 Fathoms" - a modern interpretation of an Imperial Stout, aged just once annually in Teeling's Small Batch barrels.

Awarded Ireland's best gin, Dingle Original Gin contains botanicals from a pristine Kerry landscape, including rowan berry, fuschia, bog myrtle, hawthorn and heather. Macerated for 24hrs, the spirit is distilled in a hand beaten copper still with resulting vapors passing through a flavour basket. The distillate is then cut with pure water drawn from a well 240ft below the distillery. Each bottle is hand filled and numbered by batch. Best served over ice with tonic and a wedge of fresh orange.

A 12 Year Old Single Malt aged in bourbon casks for 12 years giving the whiskey a honied sweetness, rich vanilla, oak spices and a herbal undertone. Pearse 5yr - Original - is a malt and grain whiskey blend, aged in former Bourbon and Kentuckey Bourbon Barrel Stout barrels for a minimum of 5 years.TASTING NOTESNose: this whiskey has a slightly citrus note with a rich vanilla aroma. It has mellow malt tones and an aroma of light honied fruits with floral undertones and a whisp of smoke.Palate: This whiskey has a smooth and easy palate with a hint of spearmint & light oak wood spice that builds to rounded semi-sweet chocolate, creamy vanilla and caramel taste. It has a mild malt character that is well balanced and finishes with a crisp smooth mouth feel.

The full-bodied flavour of our signature whiskey comes from the unique marriage of single pot still spice and single malt smoothness. A triple distilled Irish whiskey which is complex yet smooth, this is ideal on its own or on the rocks, though a grilled rib eye steak with a side of mash and gravy, would suit it perfectly.
