Birthday Wine Cylinder “Hip Hip Hooray It’s Your Birthday”. This is an elegant Cabernet Sauvignon with intense aromas of mixed berries, woody herbs dark chocolate and violets. The palate is smooth and persistent, with blackcurrant and spicy oak flavours, before finishing with soft and subtle tannins.

This specially produced classic Langhorne Creek Cabernet Sauvignon was estate grown and handcrafted using old vine fruit. A soft, full bodied wine which shows lovely ripe fruit characters with a hint of mocha and blackcurrant, it has generous mouthfill with lovely soft lingering tannins.
