De Bortoli Rutherglen Estate Fiano
While the Rutherglen region is most famous for bold reds and fortified wines, they are quickly making a name for their alternative white varieties such as this tasty Fiano. Vibrant pale yellow in appearance. Sea spray, guava and lemon aromas. Ripe and juicy entry with wet rock and almond notes under pear and melon core flavours, well-balanced acidity, and a long, savoury finish.
Gapsted Limited Release Chardonnay
Fresh and energetic chardy from Victoria’s High Country. Nutty, a little savoury and cheesy in parts, but with zippy stone fruit acidity that bristles on the palate. This is a wonderful example of high altitude brightness that doesn’t become overly lean or stingy. Nectarine, whole lemon, apricot, white peach - this has got it all. Complex and generous chardy under fifteen bucks? Sounds like a steal to me.

Under Wraps King Valley Sauvignon Blanc
Sourced from the upper reaches of the King Valley. Fresh and crunchy. Classic grassy notes, asparagus spears and green passionfruit pulp aromas on the nose. The palate is immediately crisp, crunchy and fresh and shows flavours of citrus, gooseberries, passionfruit and river stones. All comes together with a crisp yet textural finish! Vegan friendly.
Twin Valleys Reserve Chardonnay
Hail to the King! The king of white wine grapes, that is. True to it's Alpine home, this greets you with a swirl of citrus and stone fruit. There's a creamy element, too - something like peach cobbler or apricot yoghurt. Deftly striking a balance between richness and freshness, between full-fruited palate weight and fresh, energetic acidity. A delightful wine to say the least - this is versatile and friendly High Country chardy at it's best. Drink or hold.
