House of Arras Grand Vintage is at the pinnacle of Australian sparkling wine! 42 Degrees South Premier Cuvee Sparkling Non-Vintage

Aromas of toasty brioche and delicate citrus subtly emerge from the fine beads. Full and crisp flavours of apples with lengthy creamy structure. Fine and subtle.

Arras Brut Elite Sparkling Non-Vintage

House of Arras sounds French and it would be easy to mistake this Brut Elite for a NV Champagne. Arras winemaker Ed Carr has spent the last 15 years on a quest to produce a world class sparkling. With this wine, we considered it mission accomplished! Vanilla, nougat and exotic spices on the nose, followed by a palate bursting with lychee, truffle and cinnamon flavours, this is a complex, elegant wine. Australian sparkling has come a long way in the past decade, but this is a wine that really excites us.

Arras EJ Carr Late Disgorged

The Arras EJ Carr Late Disgorged is the ultimate expression of the House of Arras journey and the man behind the vision. Made from the noble grape varieties of prestige sparkling wine, sourced from exceptional cold climate Tasmanian vineyards, this wine exhibits all the elegance, power and vibrancy that are the hallmarks of world class premium sparkling wine. After ten years on lees, it is the patience to allow the wine to mature at its own pace and the experience to know when it is at its best that has allowed this wine to achieve rich new heights in complexity and intensity. Arras EJ Carr Late Disgorged pays tribute to the patience, dedication and inspiration of its maker Ed Carr.

Barringwood Tasmanian Cuvee Methode Traditionelle Non-Vintage

Salmon blush. Aromas of strawberries and cream. On the palate hints of toffee apple and citrus with a creamy mouth feel. In 2012 Vanessa and Neville Bagot were visiting Vanessas beloved home state of Tasmania, when they were made aware that Barringwood Park Vineyard (as it was then called) was for sale. A single visit to the stunning site along with wine tasting captivated them. Perhaps it is too simplistic to say they liked the wine so much they bought the vineyard, but its not too far from the mark. The first vines at Barringwoods original Lower Barrington vineyard were planted on the site of a working sawmill in 1993. Vanessa and Neville have planted two new vineyards in Evandale and Cranbrook, in addition to the original Lower Barrington plantings. Barringwood Vineyard has one of the longest growing seasons in Tasmania giving their wines delicacy and elegance along with a classic backbone of cool climate acidity. Since the first vintage in 1998, Barringwoods multi award winning single vineyard wines have consistently been among Tasmanias best.
