Since 1992, Madfish have been producing an exciting range of contemporary, cool climate wines inspired by the wild, coastal and pure characterises of Australia's South West. The wines are made by the dedicated team led by chief winemaker Janice McDonald. The chardonnay displays bright notes of citrus blossom, peach fuzz and melon that merge beautifully with rich nuances of crème caramel, lemon curd and vanilla pod. Forester Estate Sauvignon Blanc has clean aromas with underlying richness and varietal fruit characters of lychee and passionfruit. There's a subtle hint of blackcurrant along with lime and well integrated cedar oak. There is a herbaceous thread through the wine of pea shell and nettle along with underlying wood smoke. On the palate, full and textured with a rich creamy texture. There is lychee, lemon thyme, nettle, roasted red capsicum and passionfruit along with balanced cedar oak and wood smoke.

The classic Margaret River blend. Pale green in colour, with aromas of succulent Sauvignon Blanc and grassy Semillon. The palate is flint-dry with an initial impact of sweet racy fruit and a fine and lengthy finish.
