It's a blend of white and grey grapes like Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc and Chenin, that are fermented on skins before bing blended. While some of these wines can be a little confronting at first, this is fresh, lightly crunchy and built as a perfect introduction to the style. It's got just enough tannin, just enough colour, and more than the right amount of deliciousness for an amber wine at this price.
