This medium bodied and elegant wine is a blend of predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon enhanced with a small percentage of classic varietals. Following fermentation and extended maceration, the wine has been matured in new and old French oak barriques, producing a complex blend of Margaret River fruit characters including cassis, eucalypt, capsicum, mulberry and plum with secondary notes of chocolate and cedar. 93/100 James Halliday Wine Companion 2016.

This red wine is a delicious blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, procured from picturesque vineyards in the renowned Margaret River wine region. Poured into a glass, it shows a medium deep red colour accompanied by purple hues. The fragrant nose offers lifted aromas of dark berries and spice coupled with dried herb and chocolate hints. The flavoursome and supple palate is filled with dark plum and cherry flavours. Creamy vanilla nuances enhance the palate, while incredibly soft tannins lead to a satisfying finish. This drink can be enjoyed upon release. Serve it with red wine braised beef chuck, filet mignon or double chocolate cake.

Gentle extraction is achieved by the draining of wine from the skins and returning back over. Cherubino's Pedestal range encompasses a number of vineyards from north to south, that that seek to uncover and express sub-regionality of Margaret River.Deep, dark red. Complex mix of blackberry, plum, Amaro and cedar oak. Shows a deep mix of red and black fruit, attractive earthy elements, bay leaf and white pepper complexity, red berry-like acidity and well judged oak on the deliciously rich finish.

Although medium-bodied, Byron & Harold have produced a wine with loads of flavour and varietal character in their distinctive style.Deep red in the glass. Heady lift of violets, plum and spice. Medium to full-bodied with plenty of black fruit, touches of wood smoke and earth, fresh acidity and black pepper on the savoury finish.

Vibrant in the glass deep purple with bright red edges. The nose is complex and expressive. A mix of red, blue, purple fruits the blend of varieties reflected in the broader spectrum. Oak though present is not imposing itself. Remarkably fragrant. Savoury notes in the tobacco and cedar zone add interest.
