Matso's Mango Beer
North-western brewing maestros, Matso's, produce some of Australia's premier craft beers. Their Mango Beer is based on a classic Belgium Blonde recipe with a fruit flavoured slant. Using a 100% natural mango blend the brewers have developed an easy drinking beer style with excellent fruit aroma and balancing sweet dryness.
Menabrea Birra
Birra Menabrea Lager is brewed using light barley malts and maize, for a light, crisp Lager style. A distinctive yeast strain, and a more significant amount of hops than is usual for a Lager beer add to its aromatic complexity. This, combined with a fairly high alcohol level, makes for a very full and flavourful, yet still refreshing Lager. Around 100 thousand hectolitres of beer are produced annually, part of which for export in twenty countries.
James Boag's Draught
The legend of St George has been the emblem for J Boag & Son since 1881, representing the determination required to make such fine beers. Combining pure Tasmanian water and the finest natural ingredients. A slightly sweet style, mellow and crisp.
Spitfire Kentish Ale
Since 1698, (that's over 310years!) Shepherd Neame have been crafting fine ales of Britain. This ale, named after the fighter plane that fought and won The Battle of Britain, has a dark amber appearance, with toffee and dried fruit aromatics. A full and textual mouth-feel leave a lasting spicy bitter after taste.
Stone's Alcoholic Ginger Beer

Schöfferhofer Hefeweizen
Schöfferhofer, the iconic German Wheat Beer, delivers typical flavours of cloves and spices with a hint of banana. Fantastically full bodied, a nice lemon zest comes through on the back palate to refresh the taste.
Weihenstephan Hefe Weissbier
Weihenstephan Hefe Weißbier is brewed to a classic German recipe, this is a refreshing, naturally cloudy 'Weissbier' with a wonderfully rich yeasty taste. Brewed by the 'Oldest Brewery in the World', Weihenstephan Hefe is still the benchmark for all quality cloudy wheat beers.
Shepherd Neame & Co Double Stout
Velvety smooth palate of dry, burnt flavours, complimented by roast, cocoa and coffee notes. Black, creamy and delicious.
Adnams Broadside Strong Original
The Broadside is made in tribute to a fierce naval battle between the English and Dutch in 1672. The English fleet was moored in Southwold at the time, home to the Adnams Brewery, legend has it most of the sailors were in a tavern when they were called to arms. This is a full bodied ale of fruitcake, pungent hops and punchy alcohol. Perfect with strong cheddar.
