Glaetzer-Dixon Mon Pere Shiraz
Glaetzer-Dixon's wine maker Nick has taken four generations of Barossa shiraz wine-making knowledge and applied it to carefully selected parcels of shiraz grapes from the Coal Valley in Southern Tasmania. The Mon Père Shiraz is a pre-eminent cool-climate shiraz, with flavours and textures evocative of Northern Rhône valley wines.
Craggy Range Aroha Pinot Noir
An intriguing aromatic mix of warm spices, dried herbs, dark red rose petals and dusty cherries. Craggy Range Aroha Pinot Noir is complex and well integrated with fine oak and tannins, which provides the structural backbone.
William Downie Gippsland Pinot Noir
William Downie is young Australian Pinot Noir royalty. Learning his trade in the vineyards of Burgundy, Bill came back to Australia and set up his own label in Victoria's east, specifically in Gippsland. His wines are extremely limited in nature and Pinot lovers shouldn't waste any time in adding some William Downie to their cellars. The Gippsland Pinot Noir is wonderfully balanced with blackcurrant, blackberry and hints of clove and nutmeg. Beautifully dense and concentrated on the palate, lifted violets and florals shine through along with the inextricably long finish.
Bass Phillip Estate Pinot Noir
A complex wine with superb fruit intensity and structure, Bass Phillips Estate Pinot Noir displays vibrant red berry fruit and layers of earthy, minerally complexity that unfurl and evolve over time.
Picardy Tete De Cuvée Pinot Noir
Picardy is one of Australia's leading premium boutique wine producers, established in 1993 in the Pemberton region of Western Australia. Picardy is owned and operated by Bill, Sandra, and Dan Pannell. Tete De Cuvee means the best wine of the vintage. This wine was born through Bill and Dan's love of the great Premier Cru and Grand Cru red wines and their desire to make the best Pinot Noir of which Picardy is capable.

Yabby Lake Pinot Noir
Yabby Lake Pinot Noir has an intense and complex aroma with great depth of character. Bursting with red and dark fruits, the wine is fine and complex with a long, juicy palate. There is excellent persistence on the polished finish.
Dalrymple Single Site Ouse Pinot Noir
Classic Pinot Noir aromas of spiced raspberries, baked rhubarb and cranberries. After some time in the glass, Doris plum and blueberries emerge to complex the bouquet. The palate carries the theme of red fruits with a soft rich entry that tightens with the fine sappy tannins from the whole bunch component and the natural fine acidity. The structure gives life and focus to the palate with elegance that is a hallmark to high quality Pinot Noir. The finish is fresh and lingering. Stand in this small vineyard and stare into the face of Bass Strait and feel the maritime wind which helps the slow ripening of our premium grapes. Since 1987 the Dalrymple vineyard has crafted some of Australia's most distinctive cool climate wines.
