In 1904 a co-operative winery called Ai Vino Delle Langhe was founded and a young man who worked there was Alfred Prunotto. Prunotto took over the estate in 1922, giving it his own name and today it is run under the umbrella of the famous Marchesi Antinori family. Located in Alba the estate tends around 50 hectares of vineyards throughout the Langhe and Monferrato. This Nebbiolo is garnet red in colour with ample and complex aromas of violets and berry fruit, full and velvety in flavour and very balanced. Its structure and body make it an ideal match for meat and game dishes and for cheese.

Jansz Non Vintage Brut Rosé has a lovely pink colour, strawberries and summer berries on the nose and the palate. Soft, creamy finish. Perfect summer drinking.

Famous for their popular and flavoursome Sauvignon Blanc, Giesen produce an enticing and pure Riesling from the same region, Marlborough. In Japan, Ruri translates to the colour of clear blue skies - crystal clarity is what this incredibly pure premium pilsner is all about. COEDO Ruri displays a flawless golden colour which contrasts beautifully with a soft, white head for an easy drinking brew that pairs well with almost any dish. Its delicate balance of rich flavours and hoppy bitterness is light on the palate and persistently enjoyable, providing a deliciously satisfying quaff for discerning palates.

The cherries and young lambic create a red beer that is both natural and fresh, with an absolutely unforgettable sweet and sour taste. This is kriek as it should be, with nothing but real cherries and lambic. There is no place for artificial colourings or flavourings. BOON Kriek uses young and old limbic beer that has been aged in oak casks, and after six months, black cherries are added to provoke a second fermentation, resulting in that amazingly unique taste.

A German style Pilsner, Trumer Pils is characterized by a distinct hops flavour, high carbonation and light body. A combination of Saaz and Austrian hops, malt mashing process and proprietary yeast make Trumer Pils unique among beers.

COEDO Shiro is instantly recognizable by its bright colour, tinged with soft, milky white glow. Yeasts selected specifically for their ability to bring out sweet aromas from the wheat, are complemented by fruity notes for a rich yet refreshing brew that is smooth on the tongue and goes down with flourish. We chose the Japanese word for 'white' for our Hefeweizen as a way to capture not only its bright colour, but also its distinctively gentle character.

6ft6 Shiraz is a rich, succulent and savoury style of Shiraz. More about finesse and complextity than potency, this red reflects the Moorabool Valley's ability to produce a more refined style than most warmer regions. Unless you have more will power than most, enjoy this Geelong red while young and fresh.
