Taylors Pinot Gris is a strikingly varietal wine showing notes of baked apple and pear on the nose, with characteristic texture on the palate and soft acidity on the finish. Ideally suited to a whole range of foods, especially flash-barbecued prawns.

With vineyards certified organic by the Biological Farmers of Australia, Nature's Step Wild Ferment Sauvignon Blanc is a wonderfully crisp organic Sauv Blanc that is bursting with ripe citrus and gooseberry flavours. Fermented only using the natural 'wild yeast' already existing within the winery, this Sauvignon Blanc is made with a minimal intervention approach that helps encourage the wines true aromatic nature to reveal itself.

A perfect mix of orange zest, ginger spice and ripe pear combine with notes of vanilla and baked pastry. The palate is richly flavoured and delightfully textured, carrying the opulent spice-poached pear, quince and lemon honey flavours through to a clean crisp finish.

Jim Barry is a master of Riesling and this 2014 vintage won't disappoint. It opens with aromas of lifted spice, orange blossom and lime. This offers a huge volume of flavour of grapefruit, lime and spice, with a palate that exhibits great line and drive. There is a creaminess to the palate balanced by the crisp acidity on the finish.
