This wonderfully elegant Shiraz shows intense, pristine, blackberry fruit and ripe, silky tannins. It almost has a Pinot Noir elegance to it and, luckily, the quality of future vintages will only be getting better too as Voyager's new clones come on line.

Aromas of bright boysenberry, blood plums and liquorice. Classy oak adds mocha and spice to palate that's bursting with luscious fruit. Medium bodied with soft tannins and a lingering finish.

Dense aromas of plum pudding, dried apricots and eastern spice introduce a voluptuous palate, boasting silky tannin, delicate hints of fresh summer berries and earthier tones of toasted oak and freshly cracked allspice. Born and bred in Margaret River, Evans & Tate Redbrook Cabernet Sauvignon is a wonderful, classic expression of the regions famed Cabernets. Textural and expertly structured, it is aged in minimum new French oak to lend a lightly spiced character. Perfumed with notes of tobacco and mint, the wine tastes of olive, plum and blackberry on the palate. As with the best of Margaret River Cabernets, this will age gracefully for decades.

Moss Wood are not know for their Pinot Noir, however this is a fine a unique expression of region and variety. A fruit bomb of rich and integrated flavours of cherry, spice, charry oak and silky finesse on the finish. The flavours pop and linger in the mouth long after the wine has left it.

Subtle threads of violets, cherry blossom and fresh juniper berries serve as highlights to an ample tapestry of black plums, cacao nib and ironstone. Sheer textures of crushed granite and black cherry skin are laced with porcelain tannin and quenching natural acidity.

This elegant Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon displays classic aromas of cassis, cedar wood and tobacco leaf with subtle earthy notes. Fine and velvety tannins combine to the fleshy palate seamlessly to deliver a detailed expression of Cabernet that is both full and persistent.Unfined and unfiltered, this is a pure expression of place with balance and integrity.

A high quality wine from the first whiff of the bouquet through to the long finish...has a tapestry of flavours from the base of Cabernet...all supported by persistent but ripe tannins, the oak absorbed by the fruit. Winning the prestigious Decanter International Trophy, we snaffled as much of this wine as we could. Very limited.
