Grown, harvested & distilled at our East Coast Distillery, located in the pristine Island state of Tasmania, this Artisan style Navy Strength Gin is made using a combination of 9 botanicals which include locally sourced Tasmanian Pepperberries and Lemon Myrtle to name a few. The full flavoured, strong finish is enough to compliment any cocktail but, we think, much like the sailors of old that it is best enjoyed by itself, a sipping gin if you will.

A grape vodka, produced from the low wines grown in our East Coast IronHouse vineyards, this traditionally distilled vodka is not for the light hearted. Although exceptionally clean with a dangerously moreish hint of vanilla and caramels, this vodka when taken straight from the freezer is the perfect accompaniment to any seafood, especially caviar or oysters. Delicate, yet exceptionally clean with a crisp creamy finish. In keeping with our environmentally sound ethos, the low wines from our vines produce the clean spirit, thereby minimising wastage and confirming the source quality.

For the base we start with our multi award-winning vodka which has been meticulously crafted from locally sourced, high quality, Australian ingredients. Post distillation our cryofiltration process ensures all impurities are removed, leaving us with a vodka of unsurpassed purity and clarity. We then gently fold the caramel into the vodka. Purely indulgent and moreish, this caramel vodka is silky smooth on the palate. Tasting Notes: Warm and sticky sweet with a creamy, buttery, sweet mouthfeel.

Distillation sets up the spirit for carbon filtration, then we commence our cryofiltration process. Hand crafted and small batch distilled in a bespoke copper pot still, Reid+Reid NZ Native Gin is a unique New Zealand gin created in Martinborough by two brothers. After a two-year mission foraging the landscapes of NZ for aromatic native plants that best compliment a classic dry gin, the brothers settled on Kawakawa, Manuka and Horopito making it a quintessential New Zealand gin.Juniper and floral notes followed by citrus. Peppery and ginger spice on thepalate and a vibrant, aromatic finish. Fresh and lasting in taste. A must have for any Gin collection.

A round and luscious vodka infused with only the best natural vanilla beans. Our Vanilla Vodka is triple-distilled and charcoal-filtered, which on the last distillation is passed through a basket of vanilla beans to infuse a smooth, elegant taste with a light tinge of hazelnut. Cello Limoncello is made with 100% local lemons infused with lemon zest and the purest of sugarcane distilled alcohol. Cello Passioncello is a quality handmade Passionfruit Liqueur using 100% local produce infused with fresh passionfruit pulp and sugarcane distilled alcohol. Vibrant passionfruit and crushed meringue aromas on the nose with tangy passionfruit jam on the palate, It has deliciously intense flavour for a true unique tropical drink on crushed ice or an addition to a cocktail.

A classic aniseed flavoured liqueur from Cello. This Sambuca Bianca has seamless flavours of both anisee and star anise, making it a nice smooth drink to easily blend into cocktail recipes or simply added to a great Italian coffee.
