This Wine's armora has blackcurrant, black Olive and bayleaf tones. With Dark fruit flavours and fine tannins on the palate.

Rich purple/red with a vibrant purple rim. Distinctly Margaret River; driven by aromas of blackberry, plum, bay leaf and a touch of black olive. The Merlot and Malbec add texture, balance, length and a luxurious fragrance to create a seamless and unique red. A dry, warm season was punctuated with a tropical rain event in January. This pushed back harvest and allowed for better balance during ripening. The resultant fruit had wonderful thick skins, incredible concentration and excellent varietal identity. The Cabernet was harvested late-morning, to ensure the fruit reached the winery warm to ensure a healthy, even fermentation. The Merlot and Malbec fruit was harvested during the cool of the early morning so it could be cold soaked on skins for 5 days prior to fermentation. The selectively harvested fruit was fermented over 10 days, with the Merlot and Malbec undergoing partial wild fermentation. The Cabernet remained on skins for 20 days to ensure a beautiful, vibrant colour. All elements were then matured in French oak for up to 15 months. Each individual barrel was assessed to determine which were included in the final blend.

Deep Woods most vaunted red earned its place in the Langtons Classification in 2018 (7th Edition) after displaying consistent quality and demand for the required minimum ten vintages. Classification VII (2018) Deep Woods Estates sustainable and minimal-intervention farming and new trellising systems to optimise exposure have brought the vineyard into the big time. The wine has remarkable mid-palate fruit flavour and richness while still showing the freshness, fineness and acidity for which Margaret River Cabernet is renowned.

This Cabernet Merlot continues to win wide acclaim due to its dark purple colour and its lifted aromas of raspberries and black forest cake. Howard Park Leston Cabernet Sauvignon, a wine of good structure and power. Bright red crimson in colour. Red currant fruits, a hint of violets and oak on the nose. This full bodied wine had great elegance on the palate and a lengthy finish. No doubt one of the best example of the region.

Elegant and fragrant, this wine is all about vibrancy and fruit purity. Blackcurrant and herbal notes, bay leaf, violet florals and red-fruited freshness. It's layered and complex with a lovely mineral note running through, and oh-so-pure. Delightful drinking. Dry grown from our single vineyard organic plot in Yallingup. Hand harvest, foot & hand stomped into the terracotta pots. Hand plunged daily during wild fermentation then left on skins for six months with native malo. Basket pressed on a cold wintery day back to the amphora for maturation for three months. Hand bottled direct from the pots, sealed under cork with a wax top. No fining, no adds, no filtration, no pumping, no gas, only good old candle power & knuckle grease. Plus very minimal sulphur at the bottling process - this is to ensure no bottle variation & to eliminate any oxygen pick up.
