Sourced from the Woodlands Vineyards in Wilyabrup this is a blend of 79% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Merlot and 8% Malbec. Our 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon has an intense crimson colour. The nose reveals aromas of mixed spices, dark fruits, and toasty French oak. The palate is deep and powerful; showing a ripe spectrum of red to dark fruits combined with star anise, clove, and allspice. The finish is incredibly long, with firm but fine tannins. We consider our 2010 vintage to be the most complete and complex Cabernet Sauvignon produced at Woodlands.

Credaro Kinship Cabernet Sauvignon shows a deep brick red colour accompanied by purple tinges. Pour in glasses and enjoy the elegant bouquet emanating rich aromas of dark berry fruits and bay leaves, with hints of oak. Sip to discover a fine and sophisticated palate of blackcurrant, dark cherry and vanilla flavours. Integrated with ripe tannins, the palate ends in a long finish showing dried herb and floral hints. This red wine has a cellaring potential of 10 to 15 years. Drink it with port wine braised beef short ribs, brisket, or braised red cabbage.

This bold Cabernet Sauvignon was crafted using premium fruit parcels sourced from lush vineyards in the Margaret River wine region. The grapes were picked at perfect tannin ripeness, fermented, and aged for a period of 12 to 15 months in French oak barrels. The resulting dry red wine displays an inky red / purple colour, and exudes vibrant aromas and flavours of blackberries and dried leaves. This full flavoured palate combines with finely structured tannins to provide a textured and captivating finish. This elegant wine can be cellared for a decade from vintage. Pair it with dishes like braised beef short ribs, garlic chicken wings, and zucchini gratin with tomato confit, to fully appreciate its satisfying flavours.
