Hungerford Hill Classic Tumbarumba Chardonnay
Tumbarumba is a high altitude region in the western foothills of the snowy mountains. The elevated and steep vineyards have fabulous sunlight exposure, which ensures intense fruit characters of white peach, honeydew melon, and a creamy palate with well integrated french oak.
Hungerford Hill Sauvignon Blanc
Versatile and designed to compliment food this style of Sauvignon Blanc shines. Produced from fruit grown in the western foothills of the Snowy Mountains. This Sauvignon Blanc required the full season to ripen; this long process developed intense passionfruit and pawpaw aromas, with a palate of grapefruit and fabulous natural acidity that ensures a crisp clean finish.
A Glass of Nick Spencer Chardonnay Bagnum
Nick’s Chardonnay is made from fruit coming from the Maragle vineyard in Tumbarumba. Picked slightly later than usual and spending 15 months in old oak - the reason being was to make a rounder and richer style of Chardonnay that still showed classic Tumbarumba crunch and finesse. The nose is quite subtle, with lovely hints of peach, stone fruit and cashew nuts.

The 2022 Chardonnay reflects this cool year in the Hilltops. With coolness comes hig acidity and the accidity accentuates the natural frit sugars, so the wine feels complex and well balanced.The wine was feremnted in Frech Puncheons and the light oak tannins and flavours are evident. Ready to drink now and throughout 2026.
