The Chardonnay was one third fermented in fine French Oak barriques delivery a soft and creamy mouthfeel, yet still with varietal lift and fine acid balance.

The Honeybomb Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is a punchy and textural expression of a Margaret River SSB. It is very much in the Devil's Lair playground, experimenting with a small percentage of oak and lees work to add complexity whilst respecting varietal aromatics and purity. The Houghton Maragaret River Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is bright straw appearance with tropical aromatics of passionfruit, gooseberry and guava. The palate is fresh with vibrant lemon and lime citrus notes. Light lees adds weight and texture to the palate. Well worth seeking out.

Fresh, pungent and layered wine by Evans & Tate. Gooseberry, lime leaf, melon and lychee with a regional grassy lift. Behind this sits subtle notes of custard apple, toast and spice from a touch of wild barrel fermentation. The Semillon Sauvignon Blanc style continues onto the palate which is fleshy, long and fresh.

These stalwart trees filter the summer breezes, protecting the vines and ensuring optimal ripening conditions for this range of fresh, vibrant wines. This wine displays bright floral notes and lemon pith, with hints of green apple which carry through to a crisp and refreshing finish.

This 'dry' style features lifted notes of tropical fruit of which lychee, red apple and pineapple spring to mind. That characteristic lingering, zesty finish makes for perfect drinking with a wide variety of cuisines.
