Direct input from Forester’s viticulturist ensures well balanced canopies and crops are grown for the ripe style desired. The 2024 vintage was a warm year for white grapes in Margaret River, allowing plenty of time during January and February to ripen the fruit to our specification. Winemaking - Modern white winemaking techniques are employed in the production of the Lifestyle Chenin Blanc, with temperature control considered critical from the moment the fruit reaches the winery. The fruit is destemmed and crushed, then must chilled and pressed off skins in a very short space of time. The clarified juice is then racked to a fermentation tank where a selected yeast strain is added. All tanks are stirred on lees during their maturation period for 3 months before blending and bottling. Storage & Bottling - Bottled under screwcap into a Burgundy bottle.

Evans & Tate Semillon Sauvignon Blanc, clear pale lemon-green in colour with aroma of fresh cut grass, passion fruit with a hint of elderflower on the nose. Dry medium body and intensity of crisp green apple and ripe stone fruits with hints of green pepper on the palate. Great acidity structure with a medium to long finish. True to the classic.

Xanadu Fusion Chardonnay gives an elegant bouquet full of pears, grapefruit and gala apples with underlying hints of nougat and cashew. The palate is medium bodied displaying white fleshed stone fruits and zesty citrus flavours. The wine offers an almost crystalline minerality, complimented by a lovely creamy/marshmallow texture derived from lees stirring whilst in barrel. Taut and fresh, the bright fruit and crisp acidity combine to focus the wine perfectly to a lingering fruit finish.
