Xanadu Fusion Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits vibrant, characteristic aromas of ripe blackcurrants, dark berry fruits, and black plums entwined with savoury hints of bay leaf and spicy, toasty oak. The full-bodied palate is packed full of juicy fruits of the forest, cassis and mocha flavours. A generous wine, with a solid tannin structure and fleshy fruit characters which persist through to a warm, lingering finish.

Fraser Gallop Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is partially barrel fermented combining the strengths of Semillon & Sauvignon Blanc to deliver an aromatic wine of strong citrus & grassy characters, tropical fruits, complexity and wonderful balance. It comes from the talented hands of Clive Otto.

A delicious wine to drink with or without food. The nose is loaded with tropical and passion fruits, which follow through onto the palate. Delicious fruit sweetness balanced by focused acidity and freshness makes this a very moreish wine. The grapes for this unwooded style are picked slightly riper than most in order to eliminate green characters and maximize the flavours of the tropical fruit spectrum and to give the wine greater palate weight and length.

This estate-grown Sauvignon Blanc and fruit from selected Southern Margaret River growers. Zesty citrus, passionfruit and herbal aromas are combined with hint of 'gunflint'. The palate exhibits clean passionfruit and citrus flavours, with a core of cleansing natural acidity that provides freshness and poise with a persistent and flavoursome finish.

This brilliant SSB shows a pale straw colour. The nose shows gooseberry and passion fruit fragrances, with hints of tropical fruit and grassy citrus. The palate is an amalgam of passion fruit, pineapple and citrus. The climax is crisp and lively.

Modern white wine making techniques were used with temperature control critical from the vineyard through to the winery. The fruit was destemmed and crushed then must chilled and pressed off the skins quickly. It was allowed to settle for 72 hours before being racked in a clarified state to a fermentation tank. Each variety was kept separately with the idea to maximise it s potential prior to blending. This Blanc is a crisp straw colour, offering a romantic glow through it when held up to the sunshine or a dinner-time candle. The blend is made with majority Sauvignon Blanc grapes plus a handful of Chenin Blanc. The result is a classic dry white, with enough sweetness to give your taste buds something to dance around. The fruit comes from our Quindalup vineyard and is simply made in a stainless steel tank for freshness.
