For many years a champion of premium Australian Cabernet Shiraz, Yalumba first created FDR as an elite quality wine to reward staff and to enter high end wine shows. Now available to us mere mortals, it is rich in black fruits and spice.

Continuing the tradition of rich full bodied Clare reds this Cabernet Sauvignon shows ripe blackberry aromas and generous flavour with a touch of cedary oak and fine tannins.

This is the Kaiken Cabernet with the body kit. Slightly bigger, bolder fruit is supported by some delicious ripe tannin. Still fruit driven, this version is also more balanced and will age for a few years longer.

Barokes Cabernet Shiraz Bin 121 displays red and crimson colours. A rich mouth feel is provided by the shiraz, with a firm finish of the cabernet. There are ripe aromas on the nose with a subtle hint of oak.

S.R.S. stands for Sub Regional Series. Carefully selected individual grape varieties that excel within a certain sub-region. These wines represent the very best varietal wines under the Flametree label and will only be made in the best vintages, volumes will be small and availability very limited. Exceptional in quality, complexity and finesse. It shows all the perfume and structure that make Wilyabrup Cabernet Sauvignon wines so famous. Lifted blackberries, mulberry, plums, earth and dark chocolate dominate the nose and palate at this early stage. Whilst showing plenty of inky dark fruits, violets and bitter chocolate. The palate also displays wonderful fruit and oak tannin, the result of 16 months oak maturation.

Xanadu Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is vibrant and robust with great balance from the bouquet of ripe forest fruits and violet on the nose; A refined structure of tannins, oak use and the acidity on the palate; All are great indications of a wine that would benefit from careful bottle maturation for many years to come.

Cabernet Sauvignon is famous for the fine red wines it produces. Our Galil vineyards in northern Israel yielded rich, ripe Cabernet grapes during the growing season, which led to the production of truly fine wine. The wine displays a deep ruby red colour, a bouquet redolent of spicy berry aromas intermingled with oak and a full rounded body that pairs well with grilled meats and sauces.

Ben Glaetzer's new Langhorne Creek classic made its debut with the 2012 vintage. This densely purple wine stains the glass with rich colour. The powerful dark fruit is complemented by hints of pepper and spice. The structure of oak is evident on the palate, but finely poised to support the astonishing intensity of black fruit and velvety texture of this commanding wine. If you are looking for a great red to drink or age, this is the One.

Coonawarra is regarded as Australia's premier region for Cabernet Sauvignon. The Reschke properties are located on the famous strip of 'terra rossa' soil in Coonawarra and has been owned by the family for almost 100 years. The fruit selected for Empyrean is the best on their 10.8 acre site and is only made in exceptional years.

This is a beautifully aged red by Penfolds, made from 60% Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Shiraz. Tannins are firm and provide the backbone to a fully mature wine exuding cloves, dried berries and prunes. There is no heaviness here and the palate is supple with a lingering finish.
