Bright medium red with purple hue in colour; On the nose: pronounced Blackcurrant, crushed wet leaves and dark plums, bouquet of wild violet and a decent amount of almost wet tobacco oak. Taylors Jaraman Shiraz continues the long tradition of producing flavour rich red wines from premium vineyards across South Australia. This Shiraz is sourced from the Clare Valley and McLaren Vale regions and brings a little bit from both worlds with rich, foreboding fruit from McLaren working in harmony with the aromatic and textured Clare Valley fruit. Taylors Reserve Parcel Cabernet Sauvignon has an aroma of rich blackcurrant, subtle spice, tomato leaf and a touch of eucalypt. French oak maturation is also evident with subtle aromas of cedar and dark chocolate.

Mixed dark berry fruits on the palate, vibrant acidity and fine grain tannin lead into a long, persistent finish. Great drive and depth of flavour, a touch of earthy complexity, and a seamless structure.
