The aromatics are true to type, initially delicate, even shy. Then as the glass warms a melange of spices including cardamom with hints of Lily of the Valley. The palate has drying raspberry entry followed by raspberries more fresh and zingy. All in all a long palate that really saturates your tastebuds with flavour. Please serve chilled. If you serve this wine at room temperature much of the magic of the Fairytale will be lost.

The name of this wine, STUDIO by Miraval, was not chosen by chance. In 1977, jazz musician Jacques Loussier, the owner of the estate at the time, had a recording studio built there, and hosted international artists of the caliber of Pink Floyd, The Cure, Muse, AC/DC, Wham, Sting, The Cranberries, Rammstein, Chris Rea, and French artists such as Indochine, Telephone, and Bashung. Turning their back on the famous studios of London and elsewhere, they came for the quality of the sound but also for the inspiration procured by this place that the current owners firmly intend to preserve.

From Coteaux d'Aix en Provence, and produced from carefully harvested and gently handled 55% Grenache, 20% Cinsaut, 10% Syrah, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The result is an ultra pale rosé wine with a nose of elegant small red summer fruits and plenty of refreshing citrus aromas. This wine is vivacious and fresh, with a pleasant complexity. Source de Junon comes from simple things in life, such as contemplating nature and sharing authentic moments. This Languedoc wine comes from organic vineyards, known from Louis XIV as a privileged place for rosé wines. The combination of two geological origins, schist and limestone, and the hilly terrain have created a complex network of groundwater that provides exceptional natural water supply. An elegant rosé with a lovely bright pink colour. On the nose, the intensity of the fruit highlights the complex aromas of strawberry and cherry, with a few hints of liquorice. The surprisingly generous and round mouthfeel is balanced by the freshness of this vintage. The finish is lively and elegant, lingering on notes of small red berries. Serve between 13 and 14°C with a tartar, wild salmon gravlax, sea bream or tuna. It can also be enjoyed with crustaceans such as lobster and crayfish.

Pretty transparent salmon dress, bright and limpid. The nose is franc and pleasant, a mix of fresh red berries (raspberry, gariguette strawberry); then come citrus flavors (mandarin and pomelo). The mouth is charming with a wine that is clean, fresh and available, where we rediscover the fruity and delicious scents that had been perceived on the nose. With time, supple wine, with a good acid support which gives it lightness and good dynamics. The wine is simple, pleasant and well scented with a finish in which we find citrus fruits and tangy notes.
