Frankland River Shiraz has a strong reputation for quality and its ability tocellar and age gracefully. The Black Label Shiraz is delicate with firm, ripetannins, fresh red berry fruit and subtle toasty French Oak length. APPEARANCE Vibrant ruby with purple hue. NOSE Upfront red berries with hints of black pepper and barrel spice. PALATE Firm, ripe tannins, cherries and hints of French Oak on the finish.

A remarkable red displaying rich aromas of mulberry, pepper and spicewithhints of violet.vanillin oakwith floral hints. A wondrous palate of blackcurrant blackberryand plum with a spicy, aniseed and black cherrymid palate of pepper and black cherry leading to a long finish of mocha and fine tannins.

An excellent example of cool-climate Shiraz with dark black fruit, spice and pepper characters. The oak and tannins are well balanced ensuring that this wine is drinking well now and has plenty of life ahead.

Bright fruit characters, fine tannins with juicy, dark fruit core of plumsand hints of rhubarb.

Garnet in colour with a lively bouquet of black and red fruits with subtle spice, musk and hibiscus notes. The palate is fleshy and mouthfilling with Satsuma plum, mulberry, boysenberry fruit flavours plus Hoisin sauce notes and sweet spice flavours. 15% wholebunch fermentation adds wild depth of flavour and pleasant chewy tannins; balanced by refreshing natural acidity and fine-grained oak texture.

Flavours of red cherries, mulberries and liquorice. Fine tannins fill the palate to give a long savoury finish.

The Shiraz for this wine was sourced from the two vineyards in the Frankland River region of Western Australia.Individual batches were barrel aged for an additional 22 months, and then classified and blended prior to bottling. The final rustic addition of 5% Tempranillo from the Geographe vineyard lends a savoury, blue fruited mid palate to the bright and spicy Shiraz flavours.

This wine has all the characteristics of Malbec. The palate isdeep and alluring with mulberry, dark plums with a hint ofmocha oak spice and fennel. The wine is complemented by along and fine tannin finish.

In the glass: Pale to mid red. On the nose: Red and dark berry, earth, crushed leaf and cedar. On the palate: Bright and zesty with a lively core of strawberry and cherry, ripe tannin depth, a touch of whole bunch spice and a bright, elegant finish.
